**I bought this one myself :)**

How could this not be 5 stars? This book is intended as a children’s introduction to Greek myth, and it does exactly that. The classics academia background from author Jean Menzies and the absolutely stunning art from illustrator Katie Ponder make this a must have book. Menzies is particularly deliberate about presenting the less-than-pleasant portions of Greek mythology without ever changing what the source material provides aside from making it accessible and age appropriate for the intended audience. Definitely would recommend!
