Joe Whitt and Rii Abrego team up to bring the tale of Sprite and the Gardener to life. The sprites used to help raise plants, which has now become a human task. When Wisteria is caught helping plants grow in Elena’s garden, they learn that perhaps there is room for sprites and humans to work together.

Everything about this is wholesome, feel-good, and just flat out made me smile. The art style is a stunning blend of romantic and whimsical. The color palette is warm and delicate. Whitt and Abrego absolutely have a lovely story with lots of room to expand. Fans of Katie O’Neill’s Tea Dragon graphic novels will not want to miss Sprite and the Gardener.
